The Mental Keys Proven Mental Training Program

How does one verify or prove that The Mental Keys Mental Training Program works or is "the proof in the pudding." The proof is in the pudding' is just shorthand for 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'. That longer version makes sense at least, whereas the shortened version really doesn't mean anything - nor does the often-quoted incorrect variation 'the proof is in the pudding'. Field testing is used by the major pharmaceutical companies to verify that their new drugs work before they are allowed to release them for public consumption. When I originally introduced The Mental Keys to the world, I faced some skepticism about how valid was my claim that negative thoughts and emotions caused adverse negative chemical secretions in the brain/body that would adversely affect an athlete's performance.
